Growing up, I had challenges with school. It was fairly challenging to know why I was not doing well in school. To say the least, school was something I enjoyed. However, along my path, I discovered this thirst for knowledge. It had very much everything to do with having the right types of resources to actualize my potential. More importantly, it has something to do with having the right role model. Discovering people I look up to was a life changing moment for me.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Growing Up, I wanted to be a teacher. I would run around the neighborhood back in my native country of Nigeria, gathering my "students". They were more my subjects. I even made them report cards. After that, I moved on to being a pharmacist. I would collect all the old medication boxes and neatly arranged them on the shelf. Along the way, I discover my passion for people; I discovered my passion for wanting to make a difference.

As a child, what were your favorite activities?

I love soccer. After school, we would have a match on the school field. When we got home, we would watch matches upon matches on TV. It became a way of bonding with friends and family. If you know anything about Nigerians, you know how fanatical we are about soccer.
